If you would like to adjust your existing order please email hello@kiandvi.com for assistance. Should the order already have been processed a new order will have to be placed and the original order will have to be cancelled.

Worldwide shipping is available and cost will be calculated at the checkout. Please note that Ki&Vi takes no responsibility for taxes or duties levied by the Customs Department in your home country.

We accept credit card payments as well as bank transfers.

• All of our products undergo a stringent quality control check prior to leaving our care. We will however happily replace your purchased items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If there is a fault with our product please contact us by email at hello@kiandvi.comwithin 7 days of delivery to advise us.
• Returns are not eligible for regular wear & tear, or rough handling and/or incorrect use of our products. The product will undergo inspection upon return to us for approval of the exchange. In the event that the item is deemed faulty, we will reimburse postage costs to the customer. If approved for exchange, your item will be exchanged for the same product /style previously purchased.
• Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns should you have changed your mind upon receiving the item purchased. Refunds will only be done should the item be found faulty and under the condition that we do not have a replacement for you.
• Please note, our bamboo/wood products need to be taken care of. We will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for products that have not followed our care instructions. Our care instructions can be found under “product care”.

Refunds will always be made according to your original payment method.

As caring mommies, the safe use of every one of our products is very important to us. Please carefully read our product care instructions thoroughly to ensure our products are being used in the way they intended to be. Ki&Vi strives to provide you with products that are free from nasty chemicals, but remember to wash all products thoroughly before use.

Silicone products:

To clean, place in the top rack of a dishwasher or wash with mild soap and water.

Silicone & wood products

Do not immerse in water as this will rapidly damage your product. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth and leave to dry. Only use mild cleaning products and never put into a microwave.

To help keep your wood in great condition and hydrated, we recommend you wipe coconut oil or beeswax over the product and let it sit.

Teething Products

Ki&Vi teether’s are FDA approved and are made with 100% food grade silicone, which is BPA and PVC free

• Use under strict adult supervision only.
• Thoroughly inspect teethers before each use. Throw away at first sign of weakness or damage.
• Do not attach teethers to ropes, ribbons, straps or cords as this can pose a chocking and strangulation hazard.
• Ki&Vi takes no responsibility for accidents or injury as a result of using our products.
• Our products should not be used in any other way than intended. Follow instructions carefully.
